Developer Town, known for creating vibrant, community-focused housing, approached Facit Homes to explore how our innovative construction system could bring efficiency and sustainability to their 90-home Sunniside terrace scheme. Our team conducted a comprehensive feasibility study, beginning with structural and groundworks analysis to ensure the site’s readiness for our on-site manufacturing system. We developed a detailed BIM model from scratch—providing Town with their first complete digital representation of the project—and identified value engineering opportunities to enhance both cost efficiency and build quality. The assessment also examined alternative procurement routes to streamline delivery without compromising design integrity
